Our posture
Security is a foundational requirement for a platform that serves clinical engineering. The CogniQuip application runs on AWS HIPAA-eligible infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access control, and an append-only audit trail designed for 21 CFR Part 11.
Independent verification
SOC 2 compliance and monitoring-system implementation is in progress. Once our SOC 2 Type II audit is completed, the report will be available to customers and prospects under NDA, and a detailed trust page with current certifications and subprocessors will be published alongside it. Until then, security documentation is available on request as part of a sales conversation.

If you believe you've found a security issue in this website or the CogniQuip platform, email info@CogniQuip.com with enough detail to reproduce it. We'll acknowledge your report, keep you informed as we investigate, and we won't pursue good-faith research conducted within coordinated disclosure norms.
