Scope

This policy covers the CogniQuip marketing website (cogniquip.com), operated by Norigen LLC. It does not cover the CogniQuip application, which is governed by customer agreements and a separate product privacy notice.

What we collect

• Information you submit: if you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, organization, organization size, current system, and anything you write in the message field.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use demo-request details only to respond to you and schedule your walkthrough. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for their marketing, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

Retention & your choices

We keep demo-request details only as long as needed for the sales conversation. To access, correct, or delete information you've submitted, email info@CogniQuip.com and we'll act on it promptly.
